Sherman is the President of The Crancer Group who spent the past 5 years at Microsoft. As a high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven technology executive, Sherman Crancer approaches each new business challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvement. The selective set of partners Sherman Crancer works with grow on average 40% year over year. Focusing on business risk, profitability, differentiation, and creative marketing techniques as the pillars of his business practice.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Richard is the Chief Operating Officer at The Crancer Group. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, he now lives in San Diego with his family. Richard brings his many years of experience in the financial services/customer services industry to the organization. He is a multi-faceted individual who oversees all departments of The Crancer Group.

As a business development consultant with several years of experience in the tech industry, Andres specializes in helping Microsoft Partners maximize their relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem. His expertise includes sales strategy, channel development, and business planning, and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and creating lasting partnerships. Andres has worked with a wide range of clients, from SMB to Enterprise organizations, and prides himself on the ability to tailor his approach to each client's unique needs. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Josh see's the journey of IT as an ever-changing field of opportunity and growth, and his career has been built upon helping his customers & partners navigate it and reach the outcomes they're looking to achieve. The customer's Josh has worked with range from Fortune 500 level enterprises, small to medium sized companies, health systems and SLED. He has worked closely with all levels within these customers through both inside and outside engagements. He has engaged in hardware, software and managed services providing the most up to date solutions. Josh is eager to provide his expertise to our current and future Partners of Tomorrow!
Riva is the dynamic marketing executive at The Crancer Group, leveraging her expertise to empower our Partners and drive their marketing success. With a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing from California State University, San Marcos, Riva has honed her skills and developed a keen understanding of the industry. As the driving force behind our Voice of the Microsoft Partner, Riva employs innovative digital marketing strategies to propel our message forward. Her proficiency extends across diverse areas, including social media marketing, event planning, and graphic design, enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target audience. Tyler Wheeler is a Facilitator and Moderator for our Azure Immersion Workshops and Customer Immersion Experiences. Born and bred in Baltimore, MD, Tyler has been in education and sales for the past 15 years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Towson University and then attended General Assembly to further his education in Software Development. His love for teaching and technology gives him the passion and knowledge needed to educate others on what Microsoft Azure has to offer.
David Glance is a Facilitator and Moderator for our Azure Immersion Workshops and Customer Immersion Experiences. He comes to us with six years of service with the U.S. Air Force, as an Intelligence Analyst, specializing in education, training, and innovation. A strong believer in adapting and fostering an interactive learning environment. He’s eager to make an impact and show everything that can be offered by Microsoft Azure to current and future Partners of Tomorrow!
