Sherman Crancer

PRESIDENT

Sherman Crancer is the President of The Crancer Group who spent the past 5 years at Microsoft. As a high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven technology executive, Sherman Crancer approaches each new business challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvement. The selective set of partners Sherman Crancer works with grow on average 40% year over year. Focusing on business risk, profitability, differentiation, and creative marketing techniques as the pillars of his business practice.

Richard Crancer

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Richard Crancer is the Executive Vice President of Operations at The Crancer Group. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, he now lives in San Diego with his family. Richard brings his many years of experience in the financial services/customer services industry to the organization.

Brian Curnutt

VP OF TECHNICAL STRATEGY 

Brian Curnutt is the Vice President of Partner Development at The Crancer Group, coming from a 5 year run at Microsoft as a Technical Evangelist and Partner Development Manager. As a highly accomplished and collaborative executive in the IT field, he has sales, strategic alliance, B2B partnering, project delivery, project management and architecture/design experience. As a trusted advisor for over 20 years, Brian has delivered consistent success in planning, business development, risk analysis and leadership of programs, resources, and process innovations that establish industry precedents and contribute to productivity, efficiency, and bottom-­line performance.

Giovanna Rossignol

SR. CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

Multilingual, Business Develop Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, healthcare and services industry. Skilled in IT Sales, Product Presentations and Roadmap; Strategic Planning, Public Speaking, and CRM in SMB and Enterprise. Tactical, analytical thinker with track a record of exceeding target quota and sales revenue goals.

Tyler Wheeler

CUSTOMER IMMERSION EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR

Tyler Wheeler is our CIE Moderator and Facilitator for our Azure Immersion Workshops.  Born and bred in Baltimore, MD, Tyler has been in education and sales for the past 15 years.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Towson University and then attended General Assembly to further his education in Software Development.  His love for teaching and technology gives him the passion and knowledge needed to educate others on what Microsoft Azure has to offer.

Nicole O'Block

CUSTOMER IMMERSION EXPERIENCE MODERATOR

Nicole O’Block works with Brian and Tyler to ensure prompt, accurate delivery in our Azure Immersion workshops. After graduating from Penn State University, she worked and traveled across 48 countries before returning home to study User Experience (UX) Design at General Assembly. Nicole has since worked for several start-ups as their Lead UX Researcher. She’s delighted to bring to her user-centered expertise to the Crancer Group as we continuously improve the impact of our CIEs, one workshop at a time.

Phil Kent

LEAD CUSTOMER IMMERSION EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR

Phil is a Lead Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator at the Crancer Group. He is a Southern California native and retired from the Marine Corps as a First Sergeant with over 20 years of service. While in the Marine Corps, he achieved a Master's degree in Homeland Security. He is eager to jump into the next chapter of his life by dedicating himself to empowering the minds of others on the top Microsoft Technologies as a Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator in training and creating valuable relationships with our Partners of Tomorrow!

Dylan Gallego 

CUSTOMER IMMERSION EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR

Dylan Gallego is a customer immersion experience facilitator and moderator. Born and raised in southern California, and recently graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. He has a professional background in cloud computing, coding languages like C++ and Python, certifications for peer and student education, and non-profit organization management. Dylan is eager to use his experience to make our CIE’s compelling and create new relationships with current and future Partners of Tomorrow!

David Glance

CUSTOMER IMMERSION EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR

David Glance is a customer immersion experience facilitator and moderator for the Azure CIE's. He comes to us with six years of service with the U.S. Air Force, as an Intelligence Analyst, specializing in education, training, and innovation. A strong believer in adapting and fostering an interactive learning environment. He’s eager to make an impact and show everything that can be offered by Microsoft Azure to current and future Partners of Tomorrow!

Riva Eliya

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Riva Eliya is a marketing coordinator for the Crancer Group. Raised in Southern California, Riva is currently a junior attending California State University, San Marcos to obtain her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. She has a professional background in social media marketing, certifications for social marketing, and experience in creating marketing content. Riva is eager to use her experience to optimize Partner's marketing material and create new relationships with current and future Partners of Tomorrow!

Kathleen Barton

JR. CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

Kathleen assists the Sr. Client Success Manager by supporting partners through our Foundation Program and Customer Immersion Experiences. She comes to the Crancer group with an array of experience in the medical device manufacturing industry, including production/manufacturing leadership and business process improvement. She has led improvement projects in HR processes, portfolio management, and manufacturing. Her continual improvement mindset and strong interpersonal skills give her the abilities and desire to provide the best customer service to current and future partners.
