Sherman Crancer is the President of The Crancer Group who spent the past 5 years at Microsoft. As a high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven technology executive, Sherman Crancer approaches each new business challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvement. The selective set of partners Sherman Crancer works with grow on average 40% year over year. Focusing on business risk, profitability, differentiation, and creative marketing techniques as the pillars of his business practice.

Richard Crancer is the Executive Vice President of Operations at The Crancer Group. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, he now lives in San Diego with his family. Richard brings his many years of experience in the financial services/customer services industry to the organization.
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Andres Oceguera is the Vice President of Business Development at The Crancer Group. Originally from the Bay Area, Andres chose to go south and graduated from UC Irvine with a specialization in Marketing. He has since held several jobs in the sales industry and has become an expert in customer acquisition. Brian Curnutt is the Vice President of Partner Development at The Crancer Group, coming from a 5 year run at Microsoft as a Technical Evangelist and Partner Development Manager. As a highly accomplished and collaborative executive in the IT field, he has sales, strategic alliance, B2B partnering, project delivery, project management and architecture/design experience. As a trusted advisor for over 20 years, Brian has delivered consistent success in planning, business development, risk analysis and leadership of programs, resources, and process innovations that establish industry precedents and contribute to productivity, efficiency, and bottom-line performance.
CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Melody Forstie is the Client Success Manager at The Crancer Group. She recently graduated from Cal State San Marcos specializing in a Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Melody looks forward to assisting our clients in their growth and development process in the Microsoft ecosystem. She has a professional background in strategic marking, online marketing, customer service, and sales. When it comes to customers, she ensures that a foundation of trust is created with in the relationship so success can be reached. She is an extrovert who is never scared to start a conversation and one you can always count on.
